Once each month, my holistic spa transforms into a cocoon of healing frequencies for a deeply immersive Sound Therapy Class, guided by me—a BAST-certified sound therapist and sound alchemist with over 35 years of experience in the wellness arts.
This is not just a class. It’s a journey.
Using a curated blend of therapeutic instruments—crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, tuning forks, voice, and more—I create a layered soundscape designed to gently shift your nervous system into states of profound rest, clarity, and inner spaciousness. Each session is crafted with intention, intuition, and decades of expertise, allowing your body and mind to unwind, recalibrate, and reconnect.
